Eligibility
So far you have a mobile phone and you have an account with Zenith bank you are eligible to access these banking services. It makes banking simple, stress-free, and fast.
It doesn’t require internet connection, hence the feature is very much free.
Checking Your Account Balance
To be up to date on the balance in your Zenith bank, simply dial *966*00# using your mobile phone. Then follow the on-screen prompts.
For Airtime
To recharge airtime using your bank, you just have to dial *966* Amount* Phone Number* using your mobile phone.
Opening an Account
To open an account, simply dial *966*0#, then adhere to the on-screen prompts. Your phone number would instantly be activated and sent to you via an SMS.
Once you are through, make sure you get your 10 digit account number. You do not need any opening account form during the signing up procedure.
Transfer Funds with Convenience
To transfer money from your account to another, simply dial *966* Amount* Account Number#, using your mobile phone. Then follow the on-screen prompts.
Pay Your PHCN, DSTV, GOTV, and other Zenith Bank Billers Comfortably
To pay for your Gotv, DStv, and PHCN bills, simply dial *966*7* Amount* Customer ID#, using your mobile phone. Then follow the on-screen prompts.
To Update Your BVN
Simply dial *966*BVN# to update your Bank Verification Number with the mobile phone linked to your Zenith bank account.
Reset your Mobile banking /USSD Password and PIN
To reset your PIN, just dial *966*60#, using your mobile phone, then follow the on-screen prompts.
To Secure Your Code and Deactivate Your Account
In case you notice some fraudulent activities or you lost your debit card, to stop every debit transactions in your account, simply dial *966*911#, using your mobile phone.
After that, dial in your account number and your AlertZ mobile number. Press “1” to continue, then block your account immediately.
You can visit any Zenith bank branch near to you to unblock your account.
How to Register for EazyBanking
- To begin with, dial *966*00#, using the number linked to my account.
- You would be asked to dial in the last 4 digits of your ATM card number.
- The next phase would show your account name and you would asked to create a 4 digit PIN.
- Confirm your 4 digit PIN.
- If the process was successful, you will get an SMS with the balances on all your account.
