NCSDC Training Allowance ([month],[year])

The NCSDC is one of the top paramilitary organizations in Nigeria. They are charged with ensuring peace and calmness among civilians during moments of emergency. They work with the police during moments of emergencies.

To carry out the needed activities, the Civil Defence organization needs the services of properly trained workers. Hence, the recruits go through a period of intensive training that is sponsored by the government.

Many people who wish to join the Civil Defence wish to know how much the training allowance is. During the training, the trainees are paid allowances to cover the cost of their feeding, accommodation, and other needs; they would be paid the allowances till they graduate from training. 

The training allowance can be higher depending on the qualifications you joined the Civil Defence with. Those who joined with B.Sc or HND are paid higher than those who joined the service as SSCE, NCE, or National Diploma holders.

NCSDC Training Allowance

The NSCDC pays allowances to all the trainees during the period of their training to cover the cost of their feeding, accommodation, and other needs. So far you are a trainee, you are eligible for the allowance and it is paid to your bank account every month.

However, keep in mind that the allowance paid to the trainees differs; some earn more than others. Those who joined SSCE are considered those with the lowest qualifications and are paid between N12,000 and N15,000.

Those who joined with NCE or National Diploma are paid between N15,000 and N25,000. Those who joined with a B.Sc or HND are considered as those with the highest qualifications and are paid N25,000 and above.

NSCDC Training Duration 

This depends on the qualifications you joined the NSCDC with. If your qualifications make you eligible to be trained as a commissioned officer, you will have to stay for up to 12 months. Those training as Non-commissioned officers spend about 6 months in training.
