If you want to be succesful in  NDA screening Eexercise,Ther are some rules you need to adhare to.

Firstly you Need to have NDA past questions and answers so that to study the types of questions that has been asked for the past years.
You also need to be careful of those people that asks you to bring money so that you can be helped, you might end up being scammed.
It all depends on confidence and boldness for one to make the Armed Forces selection board .
When you get your NDA past questions and answers, Make sure to Study 5years back from the year you are.For the questions are Likely to come from there.

Make sure you go for Medical Check up to know if you are medically fit at the moment, If it comes out to be that you have some issues with your health, then you will have time to take care of yourself And Look So strong for the Screening.
Immediately after your NDA exams be doing some exercise so to keep fit. Like juggling, push up, and other little exercise. .
You have to start reading current Affairs,know what is going around in the World,study much about your State and know the names of Governors in Nigeria.

Stop any drugs that you have been taking and quit smoking if you do so and stop drinking alcohol.always drink a lot of water to filter your system.
Make sure All your credentials are correct and complete, you are to blame yourself if you are screened out because of your credentials.
Buy all necessary items required for the interview, it is better you go with extra Items in case you damage or destroy any one and any one got missing.

There will also be some little physical training at the Screening to know how good and Strong everyone is. Don’t be last, always put in your best.
Same also goes to Medical,, You will also be checked well through medical.
Make sure to abide by the rules and regulations throughout the screening Exercise.
